Hey everyone,
We’ve just released CloudCusp Mailer v1.5.3 on October 23, 2026, and this one feels especially useful for the things most of us do every day. We focused on removing small frustrations — checking replies, updating CRM scores for large lists, finding the right subscribers quickly, and clearing big email queues. The result is a set of practical improvements that should make your time inside the platform feel lighter and more efficient.
Let’s walk through what’s new.
Table of Contents
A Real Email Inbox Inside CloudCusp
This is probably the feature many of you will notice first.

You can now view incoming emails directly inside CloudCusp Mailer. Replies, bounces, auto-responses — everything comes into a clean inbox right in the app. No more jumping over to Gmail, Outlook, or another webmail just to see what people are saying back.

It sounds simple, but it changes the rhythm of the day. You stay in one place, see responses as they arrive, and can act on them without switching tabs. The inbox is straightforward and fits naturally with the rest of the interface. Once you start using it, it’s hard to go back to the old way of checking replies.

Bulk CRM Score Calculation (You Can Schedule It for Quieter Hours)
Calculating CRM scores for thousands of contacts used to be something you had to plan carefully so it wouldn’t slow things down. In this release we’ve made bulk CRM score calculation much more practical.
You can now run scores for large groups of contacts in one go and, importantly, schedule the job during off-peak hours. That means the heavy lifting happens when fewer people are actively using the platform, so everyday work stays responsive.
It’s a quiet but valuable improvement for anyone managing bigger databases who still wants accurate, up-to-date scores without the usual wait or performance hit.

New Subscriber Cards + Better Filters
We’ve refreshed the subscriber cards so they give you more useful information at a glance.
Notes are now clearly visible on the card itself. You no longer have to open a contact and dig around just to see recent comments or internal notes. It’s a small change that saves time every day.

We’ve also added more filters, so you can get much more precise views of your subscribers. Whether you’re looking by engagement, CRM score, tags, activity, or a combination of attributes, the extra filtering options make it easier to zero in on exactly the people you need.
Together, the new cards and filters make the CRM side of CloudCusp feel more helpful and less cluttered.

Clearer and More Useful Reports
We continued improving the reports section in this release.
Layouts are cleaner, key metrics are easier to spot, and larger datasets load and display more smoothly. The goal was simple: help you understand campaign performance and engagement trends without having to export everything and work in a spreadsheet.
Whether you’re checking sequence results, overall engagement, or broader CRM insights, the updated reports should feel more practical and less overwhelming.
Multi-Threaded Sending – Clear Pending Emails Much Faster
This one will be especially welcome if you ever deal with large queues.
We’ve introduced multi-threaded email sending to clear pending logs significantly faster. In our testing, the system was able to process and send 10,000 pending emails in under a minute when the API supports that level of throughput. The tests were run on a machine with 4GB of RAM and a dual-core processor. Performance can of course be tuned based on your hosting setup — more resources will allow even higher speed.
If you’ve ever watched a long queue of pending emails slowly clear, this change should make a noticeable difference. Campaigns keep moving and backlogs don’t hang around as long.

Security Improvements
We also continued strengthening security under the hood.
Several improvements related to authentication, data handling, and protection against common risks were included in this release. These changes aren’t flashy, but they matter. Keeping your account and your subscribers’ data safe remains a priority with every update.
Overall Feel of the Product
Beyond the headline features, v1.5.3 includes a range of UI and UX refinements. Navigation is cleaner in several places, important actions are easier to find, and small inconsistencies have been cleaned up. The new inbox and redesigned subscriber cards in particular make the daily experience feel more modern and cohesive.
The overall result is a platform that simply feels better to use — less friction and clearer information when you need it.
Why This Release Matters
v1.5.3 is a practical update focused on the things people actually do every day.
The new inbox removes the need to leave CloudCusp just to check replies. Bulk CRM score calculation with off-peak scheduling makes large-scale scoring manageable. Better subscriber cards and filters give you clearer visibility and control. Improved reports make performance data easier to understand. And multi-threaded sending helps clear pending emails far more quickly.
Taken together, these changes reduce everyday friction and help you get more done without jumping between tools.
How to Get the Update
CloudCusp Mailer v1.5.3 was released on October 23, 2026. Most accounts should already have access to it. If you don’t see the new inbox or the other improvements yet, try a hard refresh or log out and back in. The in-app changelog will also show any account-specific notes.
